What shipping methods are availbale?
We use the best possible shipping methods. We offer various options, including insured and uninsured shipping. We understand that some purchases require extra assurance, which is why we provide these options.
How long will it take to get my package?
Our goal is for you to receive your products within one business day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday, meaning you should receive them by Tuesday. Unfortunately, we sometimes notice that things may not go as planned due to our reliance on the performance of delivery services. In some cases, deliveries might take a little longer. Despite any delays, we always recommend contacting us so we can immediately check the status of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only deliver within Europe. At the moment, we are actively shipping to countries such as Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use the most well-known payment methods, allowing you to pay safely and worry-free. These include: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, iDEAL, and Klarna.
Do I need to pay in advance for a pre-order?
Yes, we do ask for upfront payment. This shows your commitment to purchasing from us. However, you may cancel your pre-order without any reason up to 7 days before the official release of the pre-order product.
